Left: The sides are placed in the mold  to be trimmed 
and to maintain symmetry.

Below: The head and tail blocks are glued


After the kerfing has been glued to the sides, the top is fit and the braces let into the kerfing.

Above and Right: Theses router jigs handle the task of routing the ledges for bindings and purflings.
